Providing operational and administrative support to Stylists, discussing creative concepts and casting, finding solutions to problems and building relationships with clients and PR. My roles also include: ~ Providing an exceptional eye for detail as well as impeccable fashion and styling sense. ~ Responsible for ensuring sufficient communication with the clients and PR. ~ Working smart in fast-paced environments and managing heavy workloads efficiently. ~ Ensuring total organisation of call-ins and photoshoots with the help of MS Excel. Clients include: Louis Vuitton for CR Fashion Book, Riccardo Tisci for Dazed Korea, Abra for Pull Letter Magazine, Simone Rocha for Dazed China, Depop, Selfridges ... and others.

~ Creating and editing decks for client presentations. ~ Providing excellent administrative support to senior casting associates, such as scheduling client meetings. ~ Working quickly yet efficiently against stringent deadlines and different timezones, whilst prioritizing tasks accordingly.

~ Responsible for the organisation of products and looks, reporting checklists directly to the Fashion Director. ~ Managing cross-team collaboration across different departments; photography, styling and editing. ~ Collecting new in products from the shop floor in a timely manner to ensure we met daily targets of 30+looks. ~ Assisting with the merchandising and stock management of luxury accessories.
