About Fashion Professional
I am an experienced Fashion Stylist and with over 5 years creative industry experience ranging from styling E-commerce, Live TV and personal shopping, as well as set dressing and managerial experience in visual merchandising. Previous brands I have worked with include Nike, Adidas, Victoria’s Secret and We are Cow vintage.
I am currently working as a Broadcast Fashion Stylist for QVC, along with being signed with Frame Perfect Production as a Specialist Stylist in collections. I am an experienced Stylist in executing all stylistic elements of a fashion brief from start to finish, through the creation of mood & style boards, acquiring designer contacts and sourcing garments, to prepping and composing perfectly curated outfits for maximum impact.
My previous Styling assignments include high fashion editorials, which have been published in multiple fashion magazines such as Selin, Flanelle and MobJournal, in addition to creatively directing lifestyle shoots, look books for alternative brands and product shoots vintage boutiques. I also have experience styling on commercial projects, photography workshops, campaigns for high street retailers and wardrobe styling. Additionally, I have frequently worked with multiple Music Artists; sourcing bespoke looks and providing on-set styling for their music videos and promotional imagery.
Work & Experience
In my current role working as a Broadcast Fashion Stylist at QVC, my main duties include styling models for designer focussed live shows and cross promoting brands in order to achieve the best look possible, while upselling products and introducing customers to new ways of wearing. I regularly work closely with high profile talent such as Ruth Langsford, Julien McDonald and Helene Berman to perfectly encapsulate their brand identity and showcase their product to the highest possible standard. A high level of preparation is required either independently or alongside the designer to ensure sales targets for the hour are met and looks are fashion forward and reflective of the brands image. In addition to this I am responsible for managing the monthly wardrobe budget and maintaining the space for stylists, ensuring that the wardrobe contains the newest, strongest and most fashion led pieces, while styling basics and essentials are being refreshed. Out of stock items are removed in order to ensure the customer can shop the full look and we are maximising sales through upselling.
